Knox County Commission Rules Committee will discuss at it’s October 17 meeting implementing a rule that will set forth a standard for public notices when Commissioners meet. This came to the Commission attention after this Shock And Awe blog post concerning Commissioner Amy Broyles issuing a notice without adequate notice, without the Commission office and after hours on a weekend.
